I did notice the Apple store was having a Black Friday sale. Of course, I just picked the worst possible moment ever to spring that information....

Man, whatever model, iRepair is damned good and will probably fix it an when you get it back you'll have rocket boosters on it.

I've used iRepair before and had already planned to go there before you or Rob commented. Total cost for new hard drive restoring machine to perfect working order: ninety bucks plus tax.

I was just griping about the ninety bucks, honestly.

On the other hand, shiny new Fat Nano around $130?

Where on earth are you seeing the new Nano for $130? I haven't seen it anywhere for less than $149, and that's the four-gig model anyway.
